(elradicante) is a pop-up exhibition testing strategies that break down the categories of virtual and material. Information flows indiscriminately across physical and digital spaces, constructing hybrid and fluid narratives. As symbols and images travel across medium, form and context, their meanings and identities transform and accumulate. (elradicante) is a show about subjects with no origins; always in transit, ever in flux.
CultureHub LA Resident Artists Parch Es and Eric Fanghanel are media artists specializing in ‘assemblage’ - a word that means both ‘collage’ and ‘network’. Combining approaches as diverse as painting, performance, virtual reality and slime, they create an immersive experience that invites the participant to raise all anchors and set off on their own radicant journey.
This event is free and open to the public. RSVP is recommended and walk-ins are welcome. Check-in at the first floor lobby to proceed to the 11th floor. Building parking is available for $5 along with some street parking.
