A series of work in progress created by members from Companhia Nova de Teatro, a theater company based in São Paulo, Brazil:

ZEUS – An homage to the actor Paulo Cesar Peréio ( 1940 -2024), directed by Lenerson Polonini, dramaturgy by Carina Casuscelli and Eduardo Brito. Zeus is a scenic experiment for video from the play KRISIS. In the performance, Paulo César Pereio interprets Zeus, addressing the ills of the contemporary world, based on conflicts essential human beings, so present in classical Greek’s classical works and in the Brazil’s contradictions.

Tiresias fragment – An homage to Elke Maravilha ( 1946 – 2016), directed by Lenerson Polonini and dramaturgy by Carina Casuscelli and Eduardo Brito. In this videographic experiment, Elke plays Tiresias to reflect on our time, seeking, in his prophecies, answers to the crises that are plaguing humanity.

Cassandra – with Carina Casuscelli. Cassandra is inspired in the Geek Tragedy by Esquilo, focuses on human crises, migratory flows and refugees, under the voice of this rich and complex mythical character.

Concert for Fish SOLO – by Wilson Sukorski. Electronic music built with “Fish material” and string and played live on the instrument with various transformations via electroacoustic pedal, from chaotic to lounge.

Motor One – by Téo Ponciano. Sound-image performance with instruments built with electro-electronic “trash” cans and berimbau, electrified and electronically processed. Everything looks like a photo shoot with a bundle of a thousand optical fibers illuminated by LEDs with varying colors.
