RE–FEST 2022

Dialogue: Ritual, Spirituality, and Healing Practices

Members of SUPERCOLLIDER’s 2022 SciArt Ambassador Cohort will present and facilitate a dialogue on ritual, spirituality and healing practices in the wake of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Artists and artist-curators will present on three projects that facilitate healing in regards to racial injustice, ecological degradation, and queerness. Following presentations on each project, the audience will be invited to engage in a dialogue around building new community practices for care-taking and healing.

Naomi Stewart on healing for racial injustice
Paige Emery on community gardening and caretaking
Mich Miller on queer joy

The conversation will be moderated by Isabel Beavers.
